Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix butter, sugars, pumpkin, and egg.
1 cup melted butter, 1 cup packed dark brown sugar, 1 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1 egg
Dump in flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix halfway, then add all chocolate chips.
3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 tablespoon flaky salt, 1 cup milk chips, 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
Mix until batter just comes together, careful not to overmix. Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator.
After chilling, bake 1-ounce scoops (golf ball-sized) on a lined baking sheet 12-14 minutes.
Cool slightly and enjoy with a big glass of milk!
