  • Large skillet
  • Large spoon or spatula

  • Cutting Board
  • Large pot for pasta
  • Colander
  • Measuring Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 27- ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 sprigs fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 ounces 1 pound of your favorite short pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • Brown the sausage and onion in the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the tomatoes and mash them.
  • Add the garlic, herbs, and seasonings. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add the noodles and butter.
  • Garnish with basil. Enjoy!
