- 6-7 small lobster tails
- 2 sticks butter 1 cup
- 1 bunch chives chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package brioche hot dog buns
Using kitchen scissors, cut the thawed lobster tails down the top of the shell. Cut through both the top and bottom of the shell, then gently remove the lobster meat and set aside.
