Pumpkin Triple Chip Cookies

Makes about 12-14 1-ounce cookies
Ingredients
1 cup melted butter
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon flaky salt
1 cup milk chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix butter, sugars, pumpkin, and egg.
- Dump in flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix halfway, then add all chocolate chips.
- Mix until batter just comes together, careful not to overmix. Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- After chilling, bake 1-ounce scoops (golf ball-sized) on a lined baking sheet 12-14 minutes.
- Cool slightly and enjoy with a big glass of milk!
