Triple Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

These ooey-gooey pumpkin cookies are packed with white, milk, and dark chocolate chips in every bite. They're the perfect treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon flaky salt
  • 1 cup milk chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix butter, sugars, pumpkin, and egg.

  • Dump in flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix halfway, then add all chocolate chips.
    3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 tablespoon flaky salt, 1 cup milk chips, 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • Mix until batter just comes together, careful not to overmix. Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • After chilling, bake 1-ounce scoops (golf ball-sized) on a lined baking sheet 12-14 minutes.
  • Cool slightly and enjoy with a big glass of milk!
