Pecan Pie Butter Cake Cobbler

Bake time 20-25 minutes
Makes 1 9×13 pan

Filling:

4 XL eggs
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons pralines & cream liqueur
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup melted butter
3 cups pecans

Crumble:

2 cups flour
3/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all filling ingredients, except pecans, until smooth, creamy, and fully incorporated.  
  2. Fold in pecans. Pour filling into a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Mix all crumble ingredients until a crumbly topping is formed.
  4. Evenly top pecan mixture with crumble topping, then bake 20-25 minutes. Crust should be lightly golden brown, and center of the cobbler should still have a wobble.  
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
