How to Make a Lime and Peach Vodka Fizz

This classy cocktail couldn’t be easier to make. Simply combine 2 oz. of peach vodka (we chose Heritage Distilling peach vodka), 1 oz. fresh lime juice, honey, and 1 egg white into a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake. Add ice and shake again until the shaker becomes cold and frosty. Pour your sweet lime and peach vodka cocktail into your glass of choice — we love a champagne coupe because it screams New Years party, but a classy martini glass would feel just as elegant.

Top your gorgeous drink with a splash of club soda for that fizzy finish, a slice of lime and a drizzle of honey. The garnish will float thanks to that creamy, foamy egg white topping!

Ingredients

  

• 2 oz. Heritage Distilling Peach Vodka
• 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 1 egg white
• 5 ice cubes
• 1 oz. club soda
• lime slices for garnish

Instructions

 

• Add the first four ingredients to a shaker, without ice, and shake until honey is dissolved.
  2 oz. Heritage Distilling Peach Vodka, 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice, 1 Tbsp. honey, 1 egg white
• Open shaker and add five ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds.
  5 ice cubes
• Pour into chilled cocktail glass, then top with club soda and add lime slices for garnish.
