Squeezed Juice Pomegranate Superfood Smoothie

 

January may be over, but I think optimizing our health and preparing nutrient-dense food is a trend that’s here to stay. Makes 4 smoothies

 

1 11-ounce container of pomegranate Squeezed Juice

2 cups Kefir drinkable yogurt

4 cups spinach, washed and trimmed

2 ripe bananas

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

Honey to taste

Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds

 

1.     Place all ingredients into the carafe of your blender, cover, and whirl until smooth. Use frozen bananas for an extra-thick ice cream texture, and use any fresh or frozen fruit you have on hand to shake things up and form new combos! Enjoy!
