Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I’ve got the best side dish, hands down: Sautéed Asparagus with Almonds & Fresh Garlic!
So, Altar Produce grows the freshest, crispiest, and most vibrant asparagus I’ve ever tasted, without a doubt. As the world’s largest grower and shipper of asparagus, Altar cultivates over 25,000 acres of green asparagus in Mexico. In addition to asparagus, they also grow green onions, Brussels sprouts, radishes, broccoli, and more. Their dedication to producing premium-quality produce is unmatched. By owning and managing every aspect of their production, Altar ensures complete control over the quality of their products, without relying on third-party growers. Altar asparagus truly enhances this dish.

Ingredients
1 pound Altar asparagus
2 teaspoons olive oil

- Wash asparagus. With two hands, bend each asparagus spear towards its base until the woody end snaps off. This is how you prepare asparagus to be enjoyed fresh or cooked!
- Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté fresh asparagus in olive oil 2-3 minutes.
- Move the asparagus to one side of the pan, then add almonds and garlic. Sauté another 2 minutes.
