Strawberries & Cream Rice Crispy Treats

Cook time 5-7 minutes
Makes 1 9×13 pan

1/2 cup salted butter
1 16-ounce bag marshmallows
8 cups crispy rice cereal
1 2-ounce package freeze-dried strawberries
1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

  1. Butter a 9×13 dish and set aside.
  2. Melt butter over medium heat in a large pot, then add marshmallows.
  3. Melt marshmallows, then add crispy cereal and freeze-dried strawberries. Turn off the heat and mix quickly.
  4. Fold gooey cereal into the pan. Press the treats into the pan with buttered hands.
  5. Sprinkle extra marshmallows on top. Enjoy!
