Creamy Peppermint Schnapps

Makes 1 quart

Prep time 10 minutes

1 1/2 cups Heritage Distilling Elk Rider Vodka

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 teaspoons pure peppermint extract

2-6 drops red food coloring (depending on how pink you’d like your schnapps)

In the carafe of your blender combine all ingredients and whirl on low 2-3 minutes. Pour into a glass bottle with closure. Stores up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Pour over ice and sip for a creamy peppermint treat. Add to coffee or cocoa, stir into milkshakes, or use as an ice cream topping. This makes an excellent hostess gift or teacher/coworker appreciation gift. Enjoy!
