DUNGEES!!!!  If you follow the news here in the PNW, the Dungeness Crab season has been delayed almost 8 weeks in Washington, Oregon & California. Toxins in the water prevented the boats from harvesting.  I am happy to say that mother nature let up and the season opened on January 1st!  I am having a big ole crab feast with my family this weekend.  Butter for dipping, and a creamy potato gratin.  I always make a big green salad to go along with it.  If you haven’t had a crab feast, read back a few posts for a how to-  Happy crabbing.
