Cloud Cream Coffee Cocktails

Makes 2 cocktails

 

Cocktails

 

1/2 cup strong brewed cooled coffee or 2 shots of espresso

2 shots Heritage Distilling Coffee Vodka

Crushed ice

1 cup half & half or whipping cream

1/2 cup whipped coffee foam

Biscoff cookies to garnish

 

Coffee foam

 

3 tablespoons instant coffee

1/4 cup cold water

2-3 tablespoons granulated sugar

These can be made warm or cold. If you’d like a warm cup, do not cool the hot coffee or espresso shots.

Divide the coffee evenly between two 12-ounce cups. Put 1 shot of the coffee vodka in each glass. If the cocktail is cold, put a few tablespoons of crushed ice in each glass. Top with half & half or heavy cream (we chose heavy cream), then top with at least 1/4 cup of the whipped coffee foam.

To make the coffee foam, place the instant coffee, cold water, and sugar into a mixing bowl and whip with a hand mixer until light and foamy, about 2-3 minutes. The more it is whipped, the lighter it will become.

Garnish with Biscoff cookie crumbles.

When you mix this cocktail, it has a lovely, cloud-like texture!

  1. I made this last night for myself and my sister and I am literally counting down the minutes until it’s appropriate to have a cocktail during the day! Noon? 3pm? Whatever time I decide, I am making this again because it was THAT GOOD.
