Boozy Mango Sorbet & Sweet Cream Sundae
Serves 4
Prep time 5 minutes
Sweet Cream
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
Just a touch of salt
1 pint mango sorbet
Fresh fruit of your choice (we used fresh red currants and apricots, but strawberry would be lovely)
Mint for garnish
4 one-ounce shots of Heritage Distilling Mango Vodka
In a bowl, whisk the cream, sugar, and salt. Line up 4 small sundae dishes. Scoop 2 scoops of mango sorbet into each dish. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of sweet cream over the sorbet. Decorate with fruit of your choice, and then gently pour 1 shot into the bottom of each dish. Allow to sit at room temp for just a few minutes. Gently mix and enjoy your boozy sundae!
Note: If you are in a float mood, pour fizzy lemonade or seltzer over top!
