Peach & Lemon Sparkler with Blood Orange Vodka
Makes 2 cocktails
1/2 ripe or juicy peach, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon sugar
2 ounces Heritage Distilling Blood Orange Vodka
1 cup ice
6 ounces seltzer or sparkling water to float on top
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peaches with the lemon juice and sugar, add the vodka, and fill with ice. Place the lid on and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Make sure the strainer is in place and strain the contents evenly between two cocktail glasses. Float sparkling water or champagne on top. Garnish with mint, a peach slice, and twist of lemon!
